• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

• Customized, personalized, and clearance items are non-returnable.

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method where possible.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
